Once your order is shipped and on the way you will receive an email with tracking information and number.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days days of receiving It from the delivery date shown on the tracking number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If it is after the 30 days, you cannot return the paddle.
The paddle must be in UNUSED condition. This means the paddle cannot be used heavily in play, the grip seal must be intact and there can not be visible damage or scratches on the face of the paddle or edge guard.
You are, however, allowed to remove any plastic covering to try the paddle in a game or two to see if it matches your playstyle.
